Cross-Functional Adaptive Learning

The Cross-Functional Adaptive Learning Model is designed to allow our students to move dynamically between our instructional models based on their individualized needs. Each student may have different supportive needs based on the activity and our model allows support to scale up or down when necessary between our 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 instructional models.

Cross Function Adaptive Learning

To support our model, our related services and instructional staff function as one cohesive team. Through weekly clinic meetings, our teams “fine-tune” their approach based on each child’s learning performance which is assessed by both objective and subjective data. This allows our team to create interventions that strengthen our students' skill sets and effectively plan for the areas that need the most improvement.
